What is SnoozUp, and how does it work?

is a Web3 lifestyle app designed to help you build better sleep habits through challenges. Join sleep-related challenges, track your progress, and earn rewards for completing tasks.

Do I need a Web3 wallet to use SnoozUp?

No, you can use SnoozUp and log in with your email without a wallet. However, if you want to claim your reward or join paid challenges, you’ll need to connect a Web3 wallet. You can easily add your wallet address later from your profile settings whenever you’re ready!

Which devices support the SnoozUp app?

SnoozUp is available on both and . For the best experience, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.

Is my personal and health data secure on SnoozUp?

The beauty of Web3 lies in its privacy. Unlike other wellness apps, SnoozUp makes all personal information optional. The only requirement is your public wallet address, so you can enjoy the app with complete peace of mind; no one knows your identity unless you choose to share it!

Can I use the app without enabling sleep tracking?

Yes, you can use the app without enabling sleep tracking. However, some challenges require sleep data to verify your progress. At this stage, you can manually add your sleep data in the app to participate in these challenges.

Challenges & Participation

How do I know when a new challenge starts?

You’ll receive notifications in the app. You can also check the ‘Challenges’ section in the app to stay updated on new challenges.

Can I leave a challenge after joining?

Yes, you can leave a challenge after joining, but refunds are not available for paid challenges. Make sure you’re ready to commit before joining!

What happens if I don’t complete all challenge tasks?

You can still participate, but you won’t earn rewards unless you complete all the required tasks and meet the challenge criteria.

How do I track my progress in a challenge?

Each challenge has a progress bar that shows your daily streak and completed tasks, so you can easily track your progress.

How long do challenges last?

It varies! Each challenge has its own duration, which is clearly listed in the challenge details. Initially, our challenges will be weekly (starting on Mondays and ending on Sundays).

Can I participate in multiple challenges at once?

No! You can join only one challenge at a time.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use for paid challenges?

SnoozUp supports multiple networks and their native tokens:

• ETH on the Ethereum Network

• USDC on the Base Network

• USDT on BNB Smart Chain

• CRO on the Cronos Network

Can I change my connected wallet?

Yes, you can change your connected wallet. Simply go to your profile settings, disconnect your current wallet, and reconnect a different one.

What happens if my wallet transaction fails?
Are there any additional gas fees for transactions?

Yes, blockchain transactions may incur gas fees, which can vary depending on network activity.

Points & Rewards

How do I earn points in the app?

Earn points by completing daily tasks, maintaining streaks, and participating in challenges, inviting friends and following us on social media.

What are the benefits of earning points?

Earning points boost your ranking on the leaderboard and increases your chances of winning rewards in the challenges. Points can also be redeemed for in-app perks, special prizes, or even converted into crypto in certain challenges. The more points you earn, the higher you climb, and the greater your chances of unlocking exclusive rewards!

Can I transfer my points to another user?

Currently, point transfers are not supported. However, we are exploring this feature for future updates.

How are leaderboard winners determined?

Leaderboard rankings are based on challenge performance and the number of points earned.

Referral & Social Features

How does the referral system work?

Invite friends to SnoozUp using your referral link and earn 100 points when they sign up. Plus, earn 100 points every time they subscribe to a challenge. The more friends you invite, the more points you’ll earn, helping you climb the leaderboard and unlock even more rewards!

Where can I find my referral code?

You can find your referral code in the ‘Referral’ section of your profile in the app.

Can I earn points if my friend joins but doesn’t participate in challenges?

Yes, you’ll earn 100 points when your friend signs up and 100 extra points every time they subscribe to a challenge. However, rewards are only given when they actively participate in challenges, so the more they engage, the more points you can earn!

Are there bonuses for inviting multiple friends?

Yes! The more friends you invite, the more rewards you’ll earn.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Tap ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

The app is not tracking my sleep correctly. What should I do?

Ensure that sleep tracking permissions are enabled on your device. If the issue persists, try reconnecting your wearable device or restarting the app. You can also manually enter your sleep data on your iOS device.

I didn’t receive my reward. How can I check the status?
Why can’t I log in with my wallet?

Ensure your wallet app is installed and connected properly. Try refreshing or reconnecting.

Who do I contact if I experience issues with the app?

If a payment fails, check your wallet balance and try again. If the issue persists, please contact for assistance.

Check your wallet address on the blockchain you subscribed to for pending transactions. Internal transactions (txns) don't appear in MetaMask directly because they occur within smart contracts and aren't explicitly written on the blockchain as regular transactions. To check them, you need to use the blockchain explorer of the network you're using (e.g., Etherscan for Ethereum). If it’s still missing, contact on Discord.
